Making of Imaginary Friends Society Chemotherapy

Imaginary Friends Society Chemotherapy by Star Beast. Uni helps her friends understand chemo in this animated short film.

RPA Advertising approached StarBeast with a great idea. An inspiring idea. They wanted to create animated films to support children with brain tumors and their families.

RPA worked with the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation to bring together the talents of 16 animation studios around the world. The goal: to create 20 animated short films that can educate and comfort children with brain tumors. The small but powerful 8-person CGmeetup team at StarBeast was honored to create one of these movies. StarBeast donated its time and talent to these films, as did many of CGmeetup’s partners. They are very proud to be part of the project of the Society of Imaginary Friends.

AWARDS:
StarBeast receives a Pixie Platinum Award in Animation from the Society of Imaginary Friends, “Chemotherapy”. This is StarBeast’s third Pixie Award.
